Needle breaks/Skipping stitches

The needle clamp screw is loose

Ensure the needle is fully inserted, then securely tighten the needle clamp screw before resuming sewing to prevent wobbling or damage.

Presser foot loose

Ensure the presser foot is properly positioned, then firmly tighten the screw to secure it before you start sewing.

The upper thread tension is too tight

Pulling the fabric too forcefully while sewing

Reduce the upper thread tension.(lower number)

Use both hands to gently guide the fabric while sewing, letting the machine feed it evenly without pulling or pushing.

Remove and re-install the needle  with the flat side towards the back.

Raise the presser foot, lift the needle, and carefully re-thread the upper thread following the machine’s threading path.
