Warranty Terms

At SEDNEE, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. We proudly offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, a 60-day free replacement policy, and a 12-month limited warranty on all products purchased directly from SEDNEE.

30-Day Refund Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition with all accessories, packaging, and manuals included.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or arrived damaged.


60-Day Free Replacement Policy

If your product is defective or stops working properly within 60 days of delivery, we’ll replace it free of charge.

To get started, please contact us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and (if possible) photo or video evidence so we can assist you quickly.

12-Month Limited Warranty

All SEDNEE products include a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and quality-related issues.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

To file a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at  support@sednee.com to obtain return instructions.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 3–7 business days.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing.

PayPal refunds may take up to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution.


Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
