     Raise the presser foot, lift the needle, and carefully re-thread the upper thread following the machine’s threading path.    

The needle is bent or blunt.

Replace the damaged needle with a new one, making sure it’s inserted correctly and securely tightened before sewing.

Upper thread tension is incorrect.

Sewing thin fabrics, choose too dense stitches.

The thread spool is not installed correctly.

Reduce the upper thread tension.(lower number)

Place the thread spool back on the spool pin and secure it before threading the machine.
